    It's when you're down to the bubble in a tournament (last player who doesn't get paid) and you ensure that all tables play at the same speed.

    The idea being that no table can slow play every hand while waiting for someone else to get knocked out on another table...so when your hand is finished you wait for all other tables to finish before you deal the next hand.
