    Thanks guys,

    Sorry the site is still blank, hard to get good help these days!(Well for free anyway :) ) My contact info is on the site though, (it's a start!)

    We have classes in Newpark Sports Centre, Newtownpark Ave, Blackrock each Monday 7.30-9pm, Wednesday 7 - 8.30pm and Thursday 7pm - 8.30pm.

    You are more than welcome to come along and try out a week of classes so you can decide whether it suits you!

    Give me a call or drop me a mail if you would like to tryout!
