    Hi,
You can get them in the post office for like €30

Haven't got one in a while but they used to fill them in while you were there, so no wait. It does put you on their register so be prepared to have them send you threatening letters if they manage to mess up when you renew it. Got a ticket through the door saying we had an unlicensed dog when in fact we had two with licenses but they had recorded one wrong letter in our surname. Happened a few other times too. Also they don't seem to realise that your dog might have died after 15 years. Still have fun!

    Hi
You can get the license at your local post office.
You just tell them the type of dog and your name and they give it there and then.It only costs 12.00 euro for the year!

Last licence I got cost me 20 euro per dog.
You get them at the post office, just a quick form to fill in.
They should only send you a polite reminder, which is needed since the licence has to be paid (by law) every year and it's easy to forget.
Don't forget you also have to have a rag on your dog, there are some lovely dog tags out there now online and in shops, some pet shops and vets do them now too.
You must have your own name (not the dogs) and your phone number and address on the tag.
Here the site where we got our tags from..very cute!

Each tag costs about 10 euro but there are loads of cute ones plus they can manage to fit all your info on it and there are smaller ones for small dogs and cats.
