New Irish PC Modding Site...

Myself and my brother are looking for something to keep us occupied this summer, so we've registered CustomPC.ie! We've started writing reviews and guides, but are looking for people to submit their own ideas and work to put on the website. Obviously credit will be given to the author and all that.

We're looking for:

Review Writers
Guide Writers
Forum Moderators
People who can maintain websites..

Obviously it would be nice to have moderators and writers who know what their talking about, but again, obviously you dont need to be a pro..

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how we can make this work, just post up!

I don't mind writing guides, and reviewing what kit I have....I have built a phpBB forum recently aswell, if you want a hand tacking that onto yer website.

Hardware/software/misc reviews - good chance of getting sample stuff sent to a writer for review from companies.

Articles (more "My thoughts on..." or ideas etc.), possible modding journal/blogs for people or "staff writers"?

Detailed HOWTOs on general modding techniques, written by the Irish community.

Case gallery? Probably need to be limited to ~5 800x600 res jpegs, to keep bandwidth usage within reasonable limits.

Don't think that is an issue any exposure a manufacturer can get for a product is generally fine with them as a rule.

Vodafone pay Man Utd not the other way around.

It's more if the site they're taken off owns the copyright to that picture.... IE they bought one, photographed it etc.

Can anybody be more specific in how to help get Jammer that freebie hardware from manufacturers for review? Some moral tips about how to remain independent while being offered goodies for nought?

Why cater for people that are stuck in 1995? Then they'd never push their ISP / government / local TD / consumer rights organisation for a half decent connection
