Think this would be a nice idea for a thread, usually find myself stumbling across great deals unexpectedly in town and online.

Post any good offers/price reductions/promotions etc. relating to games that you've spotted here. Remember to mention the platform(s) concerned and the place where you saw the offer. Also mention any terms and conditions (limited offer, 2 for 1 etc.) if applicable.

Here's a few to start off:

Dead or Alive: Ultimate (Xbox), €30, GAME
The Gregory Horror Show (PS2), €15, GAME
    Metroid Prime 2: Hunters (Cube), £18, play.com
    Outrun2 (Xbox), £10, play.com

    Second Sight - €14.99

A while back, I got Psi Ops when it was almost brand new release for €14.99

    Game in Galway PC offers
Army Men Sarges War - €2.98 (is 30 most places)
    Joan of ARC - €2.98
    Armed And Dangerous - €2.98

Burnout 3: Takedown (Xbox) - €28 - Xtravision, Eglinton street, Galway.

And the FreeLoader needed to play them comes as part of the GC Action Replay for €14.99 in GAME.

i'd advise getting a freeloader from play.com et al instead though.
action replay wastes one of your memory card slots, you can't even get as far as the freeloader part of it without having to put the crappy action replay card in...
    Freeloader 1.06b GC - £13
only get the action replay disc if you have no plans of ever using the second memory card slot, or actually want to use the cheat feature.
(i tried using it once to get the fusion suit in metroid prime, found out that there isn't a code to unlock it in the pal version and never looked at the damn thing again)

    Saw this here. Nice.

amazon.co.uk seems to be offloading most of its video game stock, since the place has seen massive price drops across the board. Seriously, there's just too much to even list here. An Xbox LIVE kit with Rallisport Challenge for £14? Oh Yeah.

Xtravision have a second hand games deal on, where you can get 1 for €32.50, 2 for €60 or 3 for €75. Really good titles too. Tempted by GT4 and MGS3 for €60...

I haven't been to GAME or Gamestop for ages so I don't know if they're any cheaper. It just struck me that I wasn't being ripped off.

Is this in all xtravision stores or just in the xtragame ones?

Could someone please tell me where there is an xtravision in the city center?

Xtra Vision at times have surprisingly good prices considering theyre not a dedicated games shop.

Picked up Soul Calibur 2 brand new for 11.99 in Game a few months ago, was looking for something else but had to buy SC2 at such a good price.

It depends on the game AFAIK. With Forza it's a 3 month, but with Halo 2 it's a year's subscription. I could be wrong on that though.
