Where to check your cap Usage on IOLBB?

I've noticed that since IOL changed to Esat the page I had saved in my favourites which showed you how much you've downloaded and uploaded this month is now gone, I've also searched through their site and can't find a new one. Does anyone know if they still have this and where to find it?
