Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Material needed for costume

Does anyone know a place to buy materials (cheaply) for dressmaking? In or near Dublin.

I want to make a big mascot costume.

I need a large length of green rubber/synthetic material, and the same of white. Suitable for shaping and stitching.

I have no idea where to get such a material in such an amount. The costume will be 7 foot tall or more.

It doesn't need to be flashy or great quality. I want plain colours, green and white. It's important to be durable though.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

em....there is a place just outside the h'appenybridge it's a dressmaking shop and the like it's just down from the arch to temple bar. When I worked for John Rocha he asked me to get stuff there for him so it must be good. Try Hickeys in Stephens Green Shopping centre or on Henry street too.

    Good Luck
