Last years Geography paper

    Hi people can someone help me, my exampaper book only goes back as far as 2004 and as I am doing Geo as extra subj, cant find out what came up last year,
    could some one tell me what came up in these questions

    1. Physical, out of Rivers/sea/Glacier
    2. Regional, Country in Regions (was spain/france included)
    core Periphary
    fishing in country/2 countries
    problem region in core/periphary

    thanks!
    Also at the moment i have only done Rivers and Glaciers, do you think I should do the sea?

    strange that it doesn't do 2004, probraly the most important one to be aware of. Anyway here it is :

    O.S MAP
    Long history of human settlement - 40 marks
    Focal Point, discuss - 30 marks
    How physical landscape influences leisure activities - 30 marks

    PHYSICAL
    Glaciers, 1 benefit and 1 disadvantage
    Limestone Regions
    Plate Tetonics
    Rivers, flooding and soil movement 2 examples

    PHOTO
    2 ways river has been changed by humans - 30 marks
    Sketch map :river, bridges, 4 different areas of land use - 30 marks
    Shopping centre, should it be located there - 40 marks

    REGIONAL
    Employment patterns
    Core and Periphery 3 characteristics of core, Eu enlargement consequences for countries on periphery, dicuss with examples
    Regions - France, Ireland, Sweden, Belgium, Germany.
    Primary Industry - in one country, negative effects on enviornment.

    Thats basically the jist of it.

    Oh the flashback to last year.

    One piece of advice to this years Geography students, do your best to write as fast as possible coz I nearly paid the price for being a really slow writer last year. I only managed to answer 3 of the questions last year because I was so slow at the writing. Stucture your time carefully so you won't bogged down with regards to precious time.
