has anyone heard any good / bad reports re: waltons school of music?
i'm interested in traditional flute lessons, it's handy cos it's in the city centre, easy to get to etc but i dont know anything of their reputation

any alternative suggestions would be very much welcome!

    thanks,
    y

As far as I know they're very good. Don't know what their prices are like though. Best thing to do is book a trial lesson and see how you get on yourself. You might try Na Piobairi Uilleann -The Pipers' Club- on Henrietta street (off bolton street) as well. They do a range of classes - set dancing mainly but Noel Hill also teaches concertina there so, worth enquiring if they do flute or not.
