amr to mp3 conversion

    I've got some recordings and ringtones I've created on an old Nokia phone, I want to be able to use these on a Motorola phone which doesn't seem to support .amr (which appears to be a Nokia format?).

    I'm looking for a tool which can convert the .amr files to .mp3, as the Nokia utility won't do it and the Motorola software doesn't work either.

    Edit: I should proberly add that the software being freeware or unrestricted shareware would certainly be a plus!
