    Any pictures of the side, around both wheel arches, is there much rust?

    It looks really clean, the rubber mats in the rear foot well are a great idea, my old tourer used to leak water in there by the gallon!

    pictures attached.

    One wheelarch has rust. its limited to the "lip" area.
    There is some bubbling below the C pillar on one side.
    There is some slight bubbling around thin front wing mounted aerial.
    The rest of the car is rust free and sound. Very good condition.

    whats the motor like, i know u were saying it was a bit smoky. have u compression checked it? and if so what are the readings like?thanks

    lomb, it's only occassionally smokey and, while I'm no mechanic, the advice to me has been that it's nothin bad. It only smokes if I drive it "hard" for more than a few minutes. 90% of the time there is nothing coming out the back.
