    Just wondering would it be a good idea to put Puzzles/Quizzes in Rec now? It's done a fair amount of traffic, but I fear it will die a death if it's not moved soon :(

    I never said I couldn't find it.... just that I never noticed it before ;)

    Then again I am a bit too easily distracted to keep an eye on the hosted for... oh look vampires on ricki! And I was considering sleep!! :D

    There are alot of forums in the Hosted section that would go better some where else.

    Does anyone what the difference between a hosted forum and a regular one is if any?

    would Games > Real-World Games not be a more appropriate place for it.

    or even just games, given that not all puzzles would be from the real-world, but from internet sites.

    Does anyone what the difference between a hosted forum and a regular one is if any?

    A hosted forum isn't one of the "standard" boards topic forums - it's for specialist interests for which boards.ie provides a forum for. For example, if someone wanted a "Yak Cheeses of the world" forum, and a group of people came along and supported the proposal the admins might decide to host the forum on boards.ie for the original requester.

    As co-mod of the forum, I agree that it should be moved. A lot of posts on after hours link to puzzles and quizzes.
