I got a bit bored half way through this. I understand the red may not be the most suitable colour, but i wanted something super simple that would look good at distance, on a tshirt, etc. Colour change or any further fixes should be simple, just let me know what you'd like.

Oh yeh and it also doesn't say TrinityFM. oops.

thanks drake & sionnach. you're right about the spacing sion...if agent smith likes it i'll fix that kind of thing.

I have another idea for it which i'll try and get to at the weekend.

Bit late on this one, but I'm bored so...

    FMtrinity.txt

Sorry about the matrix thing...I thought it might work.

    TrinityFM.txt

I prefer the non-matrix one myself.
Sorry about the format...if you want the originals I can attach them.

Dude i have to say this ... please dont use emboss or any of that stuff again it looks......so.....tacky

I'm a filter whore...minimalist just doesn't do it for me.

[edit] Also, if you're gonna be a critic then at least post some of your own work so we can all see how it should be done...

    ohhhh.... bad person to 'challenge'

the man has a point wertz, don't go anywhere near filters unless you know what you're doing. imo photoshop filters shouldn't be used for logo work at all except in very rare circumstances . A logo should be clean and instantly recognisable, look at how much dangerman's stands out from its white background, it's distinct and eye catching.

    corel draw, but same difference.

A good rule to apply when designing a logo for 'all purpose use' [ie. not just a website - things like tshirts, business cards...letter heads] is how will it look in 1 colour? Ie. if this was faxed and everythin was reduced to horrible one colourdness [black] would it still work?

It's an important point to make when developing for the real world and its something theat leads you towards making symbolic logos rather than photoshop filter ones. - Not to say there's anything wrong with them, it's just that they have their place - ie. only on a computer screen or printed out at high res.

But it's not a rule, and even if it were every rule is made to be broken, so keep on photoshopping super-friends! :)

I hate it when people say same difference. It's quite paradoxical.

    Anyway back on topic..

Doesn't seem like Smith is coming back.

I hate it when people say things like:
"the colours are not definat and lacks the extra effect"
    and
"has to be good.. you know, like graphic design"

You know, all that ambiguous crap that essentially means nothing.

I think that's a really great logo Dangerman, I hope you're getting paid for your other work! Mind you anything would be miles better than the original logo (tho I'm looking at it through Cloud skin which is pointless, like Shrimp)

Exactly what kind of credit/link does the artist get on the website by the way?
