George W. Bush's speeches have always been fine fodder for remixing and making him sound like a goon... (although in fairness, they don't need to be remixed for him to sound like a goon most of the time...)

The best remixes can be found here... including an hilarious G.W. Bush megamix of "Imagine" and "Walk On The Wild Side" (here - 2.8MB MP3) and a superb Bush cover version of U2's Sunday Bloody Sunday (here - 2.9MB MP3).
