    Regardless of when it was created and for what purpose. The title of the petition still applies to todays situation. Would you not like a faster connection? For cheaper? And one that would be competitive and maybe even on the same stardards as the rest of Europe????

    The whole petition is dynamic, the name suggests this. Rather than create a new one which would probably be titled the same, why not sign this one?

    They might if they were ATLEAST digitally signed...otherwise its a total waste of time and 56k'ers bandwidth ;)
