    it used to say between 100KB and 200KB and now 25KB!!!!!???

    Its a contended service so it is not unreasonable to get slow downs at some point :rolleyes:

    It's a rate adaptive service, varying from 256kbit to 2(/1)mbit depending on what your line can handle. They're right to say what they have.
