Is there actaully a cap on IOL BB? i have just upgraded to BB Plus and have a legal cap of 24gb per month. However, my mate is with eircom/iol (he's not sure which - he signed up to switch over to iol) and he rang up either eircom or iol (again, he is not sure which) and they said that although they reserve the right to…

Is he just a lucky git at this point or is there really no working cap?

Yes they have a cap and they reserve the right to charge if someone goes over it.
