iolbb bad pings

    i have been getting very unstable pings from iolbb in the newlands exchange for the last week. has anybody else had problems?

    here is ping:

    Pinging www.boards.ie [82.195.136.36] with 32 bytes of data:

    i used to get 34ms.

    My download speed ' irishisptested' has been crap for the last 3 days. getting between 200kbs - 400 kbs. Peaks sometimes at 1.2Mbs, but very rarely...and I'm supposed to be on 2Mbs iolbb plus. I did go over my 24gigs cap for april, but dont think its to do with that.

    Quality of service : 88%

    ok, i think i may have been premture with my last post. i am now getting pings of 24ms to boards.
    for some strange reason css is still laging even though i have such pings.
    what's going on?
