Overclocking Sempron 3000+

I am trying to overclock the sempron 3000+ but with no luck, I know the multiplier is "superlocked" but if I even increase the FSB by 1mhz ( 167 ) the system does not post. I would be interested to hear if anyone has had some success with this ... I have 400mhz Ram so I don't think that's the issue ( but heh it could be…

The MB is an ASUS A7N8X deluxe mobo rev 2.00 with the latest bios 1008
