ISP Free Dialup Numbers

Can someone tell me the "free" dialup numbers for Oceanfree and Eircom? And the user/pass for the free accounts too. I've got a neighbour thats relocated from London 6 weeks ago and it seems that they are still dialling a London number for the internet :rolleyes:. I wouldnt like to be there when their next phone bill comes…
