Vodafone's More to Say Tarrif

    Came across this (new?) tarrif on vodafone's web site, seem very good for pay as you go customers. Anyone using it? Where's the catch?

    (VAT inclusive)
    To Vodafone Ireland mobiles and Irish landlines To other Irish mobile numbers
    Weekdays (Monday 8am to Friday 6pm) 10c per Min 30c per Min
    Weekends (Friday 6pm to Monday 8am **) 3c per Min 10c per Min
    Text Messages 13c per Text Message at all times
    A 30c minimum call charges is applied to all connected national voice calls.
    ** including Bank/Public Holidays
    All prices include VAT at 21% as of 1st March 2002.
    Please note you can only change tariffs every 30 days.

    That's the catch right there. Short calls are not a good idea.

    Cheers, I thought that was only land lines. BTW, is there any way to get a list of yourr call on pay as you go?

    the catah is:
    every time you make a call you have to pay 30c and then 20c if your on the phone for two minutes. so thats 50c.

    No, it means if you stay on the call anywhere between 0 and 3 mins, you have to pay 30c. Then you start paying after that. So if you talk for 4 minutes, it's 30c + whatever if costs per min.
