Hi I hv been looking around here, cdfreaks.com and videohelp.com to figure out whether unmodded xbox can play audio dvd without dvd kits on it. anyone has any idea abt this? cheers. :D

I doubt it but the best source of info would be the audio/visual forum at www.xbox-scene.com.

update: This doesnt answer whether or not you need the dongle but it looks more promising/maybe you should ask these guys?
