    Hi,

    Am just wondering if anyone can give me an idea as to when in real life situations mite the following algorithms be used? Just to try and help me understand them in my own little (very little) head....
      Tiebreaker Ticket Baker Dining Philosophers Bounder Buffers Sleeping Barber

    Any help with any understanding of these most welcome...
