    Just wondering how everyone found it over the weekend ? , still having problems ?

    Mine has been fine since friday , pings are fine as is all round surfing . A few spikes but not nearly as bad as it was .

    Mine's been fine over the weekend, pings were back to normal so gaming was fine. All seems OK for now.

    Mine is gone again tonight , d/l speeds seem ok but the ping spikes are unbelievable .

    Packets: Sent = 1386, Received = 1377, Lost = 9 (0% loss),

    Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:

    Minimum = 33ms, Maximum = 3397ms, Average = 132ms

    I sent that along to Eircom Support with the full details and here is what I got back .
    the ping times you sent of between 30 &50 are perfect

    So I said "And the pings I sent that were 3397ms ? were these perfect ?"

    and got this back
    Most of the responce times are between 30 & 50 the replys that were
    above these are caused by traffic on the line.


    Hmmmmmmm

    My best pings for games servers were 50/60ms yesterday afternoon (was on a days holidays..!) However, yesterday evening the best I could get across the board was 180ms.....

    Whats causing this sh1te? I'm with UTV - but it seems all BB customers in 061 are affected? So it won't help switching between ISP's - true/false?

    Any opinions?
