Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There Will Be An Ecw Ppv No. 2

    On Live Audio Wrestling on 5/8, Dusty Rhodes said TNA would allow its talent to work the June 12th ECW PPV show.

    However, word is WWE has decided aginst that happening. The only people really would have involved were Jerry Lynn, Raven and Shane Douglas. It's doubtful Douglas would have worked the show since he's got his own show two days earlier to do, and even if he agree to work it, he'd get little more then a camero role.

    Raven will be used in some form with Tommy Dreamer for nostalgia, but not in a match and probably limited to a run-in. Jerry Lynn if he was healthy, at one point was talked about for a match with Lance Storm.

    Paul Heyman wrote the whole script for the show and there is an idea for an ECW PPV No 2.

    Van Dam may not be ready for an-out match in time for this show, but will do whatever he can physically.

    Regarding Joey Styles and the ECW PPV, he has been approached by WWE and at this point there is no deal, reports are that the WWE are not happy with dealings with him. The feeling is that J.R. would do a better job on the show, but if they can get Styles, they want him for the authenticity aspect.

    It will be at least another year before theres another ecw ppv because the wwe have the next year planned out already full of ppv's and international shows, its on their website, perhaps ecw 2 could happen in June 2006?

    Yes it could be another year, they are seeing how things turn out for the first PPV as they are making the first show look when it ends to follow on to another PPV.
