Whatever happened to Ridge Racer?

    The ridge racer series was my favourite racing series on the ps1, and great in arcades as well. Ridgeracer 5 wasn't great but thats cos it was rushed out for the ps2 launch. Is there any hope of the series being resurected?

    ive seen it being played on the psp, looked preffy enough, was never a fan of the series though

    If you are a fan of ridge racer you have to buy a psp, FACT.
    No ifs, buts or ands, its basically the greatest hits of the ridge racer series with all the best tracks and music from all the games (bar Ridge Racer 64s desert track, pity really).
    Its fast, pretty, powersliding has never been so much fun.
    Played my jap version til I damn near wore out the UMD!
    Maybe it will find a home on the PS2 or 3, maybe, but wow it really shines on the psps huge enormous little widescreen setup.

    My little brothers getting a psp in july for his birthday. I'm sure he'd love ridgeracer for his birthday :D
