It's broken - this happens a lot but don't think you can go on a downloading spree because what you download is stil being watched and BT know how much you download. Phone them up and complain or wait till next month to see if it fixes itself.

don't give your username when you call in case they log the enquiry, which might upset your billing, if you billing is working leave well enough alone
