Sony KV28FX20B Picture issue

I am having an issue with my Sony. The picture is beginning to jump a bit and there is a faint white line running up and down the screen. However this is only when watching tv, when I put on a dvd, then the quality is fine. Can't see any other problems on the other tv's around the house. Any ideas?

dvd works thru scart coket or rgb ,u have a loose connection,or faulty part,capacitor,or resistor in the tuner pcb,circuit, or bad connection, scart goes staight to tube bypasses tuning circuit.

i mean scart socket,im not a professional but i know some people who fix tvs and vcrs etc.
