Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gas hob and insert needs connection Navan

    Anyone know someone who can connect up my gas hob and gas fire insert. Its a new house Navan Co. Meath.

    Also what should I expect to pay?

    Hi Gary,

    I can send you the name and number of an approved installer who will work in Navan, the cost is something you have to work out between each other.

    If you go down the to Sean Donoghue Electrical in the the town they can arrange it, when i moved in the year before last they had supplied all the electrical equipment and gas hob and fire, it cost €150 to have both the fire and gas hob connected.

    Not really sure if this was good value or not but the guys arrived when they said they would and the work was finished in about half an hour.

    HI Furp

    Just spend 3,800 euro on the washer, dryer, Fridge, Microwave, Gas hob and electric cooker.... with Sean Donoghue Elec, However when I received the items the 5 ring Gas hob was 6 ring electric hob and the electric oven was meant to be a slot in and they sent me a stand in

    So Im not too happy with them as I have to wait another week for the re-order and delivery.

    However I might get a cost from them..
