Eircom's slow speed - got response from eircom

hey,

I just got a call from eircom's tech support guy,

turns out they throttle the connections of the ones that go over the limit.

OUCH! I might have put myself under their scope, by calling them

who ever reported slow speeds here, did you go over your limit this month or last month?
