Wait, the graph seems to compare the Cell to the XBOX. But isn't the cell just an architecture and a cut down one might be used in the PS3. I somehow doubt Sony have managed to create a console twice as powerful as the xbox 360, unless people are paying over a grand for it at launch.

No the PSX was the origonal design name for the first playstation, and the first console was always known by the abbreviation PSX

They might have tho... its being released later than the xbox... and maybe sony has a cheaper licensing deal than MS with IBM since they helped develop the chip.

I dont like the idea of controllers needing batteries. Remember the rumble pak? I can just imagine playing multiplayer pes 17 and the batteries cutting out all because I lost count of how many hours of gaming it was since I last replaced them.
