No pics but pre '87 reg Transit "custom" spotted in Baltinglass yesterday, top hinged rear door, white in colour. Second time spotting this machine, Manta mad might be able to shed some light ?

Haven't been to that yard yet,dont want to wast his time as I have enough on my plate at the moment,that red scirroco(spelling) looks to be very savable and most on original irish regs too,I think most of the aircooled vws have been taken.

Rover 2000 tc

This one is in the village where I live. I pass it every day I am on the road.There used to be a mk 2 cortina there aswell, which went away and came back and went off again.

Never doubted you Blue... Good work.
The Mazda looks quite modern actually, much newer than it's 22 years. A good little runaround, and I'd say one of very few survivors of it's kind.

I followed an 86 'box' Starlet for a bit in killarney today,typical old lady mint car. original plates on it too, 232AIN.

No that is the RWD starlet, I would say his head is wrecked with people asking to buy it..

AFAIK Toyota bought a lot of them back, someone will correct me if I am wrong.

The boxy Starlet would probably be this type?

Yeah, much as we all want to see pics like the Bentley in Paris and the Lagonda that's appeared again in Dublin it's always interesting to see 'ordinary' cars from a few years back.
