    Spicy Mince Kebabs
Get a large non stick pan very hot with no oil.
Get mince beef or lamb and separate the mince out onto a plate, this works better with prepackaged mince since it is usually not all squashed together. You should be able to shake it apart into tiny granules.

Throw these sparingly onto the pan with a pinch of chilli powder. If you add a big hunk of mince it will start to stew and go grey, if you have granules apart from each other they will fry like mini-steaks in only a few seconds, seared on the outside. The fat from the mince should be enough unless you are using very lean mince. For a 1/2lb it should take about 6 pan fulls.

Then throw the lot back into the pan, turn off and grate in a load of cheese and stir. Once melted squirt a load of tomato ketchup into it.

Toast your pitta breads and slice open. Put in a leaf of iceberg lettuce or preferably chinese leaf lettuce which forms a perfect scoop shape which sits in the pitta. Then put in some of the mince mixture so that the lettuce is preventing the pitta from being soaked. You can put a bit of mayo between the pitta and lettuce if it seems too dry.

Onions are nice with the mince too, but I would cook them last with no mince in the pan, so you have a bit of fat and again their water content won't cause the mince to stew

    Spicy Beef Pizza
Brown up 1/2lb of mince with some chilli sauce/powder.
    Mix in some tomato ketchup.
Dump it on top of any pizza which is halfway through its cooking time.
Top with extra cheese, and stick it back in for the remaining cooking time.

Thats the beauty of non-stick pans. I just put a dash of washing up liquid and a small bit of water into the pan and stick it back on the still hot stove afterwards. It just rinses off.

    The Breakfast Pizza

    What you'll need:

    Big chuck of flat bread
Sausages, Rashers, Pudding (Tomatoes and Mushrooms to tast)
    Eggs
    Chedder
    Milk

Fry up sausages/rashers/pudding as normal, then place in blender.

Heat up the beans, then pour them on the flat bread.

Whisk up about 2 eggs per person, and a few drops of milk with lots of salt, pepper and aromat..

Start to scramble them at a low heat, adding a bit of the breakfast mix in before it hardens, keep moving it as soon as it looks lumpy.

Put the eggs on the flat bread, then grate cheese all over, throw it in the grill for 10 minutes and you've got the finest breakfast you've ever had.

    Sounds really healthy. :p

    Beans, toast.

Chefs tip: the crunchy thing on the bottom, the orange things on the top.

Staying on the breakfast theme, I present Tom Dunne's Breakfast Special(TM)

Grill two rashers (Maple cure or Hickory are better) until crispy. Beat up one egg and nuke it in the microwave until solid. Place the rashers on a slice of toast, cover with a slice of cheese, cover the cheese with the egg, add another slice of cheese and top it all off with another slice of toast.

    MMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
