Mine certainly are. I'm on the RTE transmitter. Especially annoying since I got the damned thing mainly for college, and now in the middle of my finals it takes me two damned minutes to download a PDF! Which I do a LOT! Grrr... :mad:

yah ive been limited to 120k download for the last few days so i duno if thats a qos thing or whats going on. but admittedly i had a heavy week last week but i always downloaded after 6 and never maxed out usually around 50k so plenty of bw for others but looks like they wernt happy. im on 2meg 48euro package and would be very dissapointed to find they are enforcing some sort of cap if that is the case as 48euro and a cap=ibb in the bin as im out of contract
