    I've sent a commented version of the broadbandbenchmarking report to Forfas, the DCMNR and others and had some fruitful discussions about the report with the Forfas people.
    If you are interested to see the commented report – which needs "Acrobat pro" to be read (the normal Acrobat reader does not show the comments) – drop me a mail (johndoherty -at- comwreck.com). The comments highlight a number of issues and inaccuracies in the report.
