ATM card duty?

How much is the GOvernment duty on ATM cards? Reason I ask is that theres €20 taken out of my a/c today for government duty, but it was in two lots of €10.

€10 for ATM and €10 for Laser.

My card isnt a laser card though, just a bog standard atm card.

Check with the bank, they must have two cards down on your account, same happened with me. Just because I asked for a new card with Cirrus to use in UK, they had me down for two cards.....they refunded though.
