Is it my imagination or, if you're in a league and you play the same players week in week out without change, some of your players seem to suffer a dip in form. E.g., sloppy passing, poor finishing, harder to get them to do what you want them to do?

Also, can anyone explain the blue/yellow/green arrows for each players and what it means if they're pointing up/down/sideways?

Red arrows pointing up means that the player is in great form.
Yellow arrows pointing upwards and to the side means he is in good form.
Green arrows pointing sideways means that the player is on average form.
Light blue pointing downwards and to the side means he is in poor form.
Blue pointing downwards means that the player is in really poor form.

These all affect the players performance in the game.

The other 2 colour bars represent stamina and ability, when they start dropping the blue arrow coming.

Rest them or sub them works altho subbing them late in a game makes no diff.

In Master League regulating condition after each game will usually bring them from a blue diagonal arrow back to a green one, so it's worth doing.
