Just a brief, public, big thank you to the nice people at Blueface for getting my ATA to me today. Aaron was kind enough to inform me that the shipment of Sipuras had only arrived today yet he still managed to get mine to me this afternoon. Even if it did mean a sight-seeing tour of southwest Dublin :)

    Good to hear :)
Lot's of companies are deservedly bashed on boards, so it's right to laud those companies who go the extra mile. In my experience Aaron has consistently exceeded expectation. Long may it last...

I have to join in this thread. I probably mail Aaron more than I do my friends (or his friends mail him :D ) He is always extremely friendly and helpful. It is so nice to have a phone company that actually seem to care about their customers.

Yet another instance of top notch blueface customer support:
I needed a number blocked - so I emailed the details and phoned Aaron at 6:40pm.
25 mins later I had confirmation the block was already in place.

    Hi

I also agree with all the comments above about Aaron, I had some problems at the start because of a problem in my side, so after a few mails back and forward with Aaron the problem was shorted and he even call me to make sure I was happy.

Causal, can you block numbers so they cannot call you? That's cool I could block all the number for work :D

    Regards

i can't agree more wt u guys. i'm only a Pay2Go customer and probably contribute to their cost centre (not profit centre) but Aaron and his team hv been very helpful. i wish that i would be spending more time making calls so I could increase my turnover wt them. but nah... for the moment. :D

Yes - number blocking is part of the service.
I can't believe you gave work your real home number in the first place :D
