I phoned them this morning, as usual got the runaround and was finally told to cancel using the trial cancellation page at http://mmm.eircom.ie/cancel/cancel.asp. I'm sceptical about using this.

I'm moving to Smart and need to cancel. I'm on the Nangor Road exchange which is live.
