    Here just wondering where is good to go on a tues nite in dublin and Not one of those 14 night stand places.Have been down in the sticks of Limerick for the last week so think i might have forgotten how to socialise at this stage unless its talking bout hurling or the price of cattle

    I'm sure there's a thread like this in After Hours somewhere, but no matter... (Plus, I'm sure the advice I gave on that thread was probably better than this!)

    Doyle's. Tis nice enuff. On corner of pearse st and d'Olier St. Opposite Trinity. Everywhere else is kinda sh*te in one way or another...

    Everywhere in Dublin is sh*te. There is seriously sh*t pubs and clubs in this city. My personal favourites are Eamon Dorans, Doyles, Ri Ra, Messrs Maguires, Barcode but my advice is always sh*te. Sh*te... I love that word

    Eamon Dorans is nice and laid back and has a good dance floor. Messers is a great place to relax and chat to people, but the drinks get very pricey later on (€6 for a bottle of smirnoff ice :eek: ). Doyles is good, although for some reason I keep meeting random physics people from Trinity who want to talk to me about Quarks and things whenever i go in there :confused: Crawdaddy and the Vaults are okay too, but drinks can be dear in Vaults, and its a bit out of the way (IFSC) has very friendly bouncers though! Just reading this post here I sound a bit indecisive, but sure there's pros and cons to everywhere - have a great night wherever you go!

    in no mans land on the Limerick kerry border-mass on a sunday morning is the height of the social calander down there!

    trashed on tuesday in dorans is pretty ok...must say paying 3e for a whiskey is a nu xperience....otherwise ri ra (opposite stags head)...otherwise i think theres a few gay nights me thinks, wher sosume used to be...but depends which way ur pendulum (sp) swings.
