Interesting, goes to telecity in City West, then up to Servecentric in Blachardstown, where it heads to London on Global Crossing and comes back to Dublin over Level 3.

Are you being sarcastic? I think this is one of Eircom's complaints about the LLU procedures as well and it's a reasonable one.
