Dishwasher, tumbledryer, washing machine, microwave, fridge, cooker, tv and PLENTY of living space. Front and rear garden. Driveway for parking. 2 Minute walk from Spar, Xtra-Vision, Carpenterstown Inn and a Pharmacy(Unicare). 15 minute walk from Tesco. 3 or 4 minute walk from Coolmine Train Station which is on the western commuter line (so you can get anywhere pretty quickly) and goes all the way to Arklow(sometimes). NTL 1 Meg Cable in the house. 2 Females, one Male, non smokers, young working professionals. Room costs €350 a month and is available until mid september. Pm me or reply here if you're interested.
