    Is the help ticket system working at the moment or back logged.

    i posted a help ticket on Sunday and haven't had any response as yet..

    yes it is working
    the smods are answering a lot of questions
    however
    I believe your request will have to be taken care of by an Admin, which can take longer
    patience young grasshopper
