this time, windows crashed and i reset the ipod, but now, when i plug in the ipod, itunes looks as tho its about to recognise it, and the ipod says do not disconect, but after a few seconds the ipod says ok to disconnect and itunes or windows isnt even recognising it!

any clues as to remedy this please?
