    what are the times you should allow for questions on the

    english
    geography
    & economics papers?


    im doin pass maths and i think its 25 mi :p n per question
    for history its 40min per essay....anyone have any ideas how long i should spend on the others? tanx!

    It depends how good you are at the particular subject, for example in the composition part of the englsh paper if you have a good idea or good imagination and can translate that into the topic then it shouldn't take you more than fifteen to twenty minutes.

    paper two in english is simple to divide up this is how i do it

    200 marks 3hours 20minutes/ 200minutes.

    so 1 mark per minute.

    single text 60 marks (60 minutes)
    comparative 70 marks (70 minutes)
    unseen poetry 20 marks (20 minutes)
    prescribed poetry 50 marks (50 minutes)

    i'm also doing pass maths which i don't watch the time as i can finish a full paper in half the alotted time. but 25 minutes should be adequate.
