I,m looking for a flat or bedsit or vacant room within 6 miles city centre dublin, max rent 100euro per week for 3 months approx,as the landlord is renovating building ,putting in central heating etc,so i will need somewhere to stay for 3 months.i dont mind sharing bathroom or house.I cant sign any 12month lease as i will only be staying 3 months.I can provide references,my age is 35, single male.I dont need any cooking facilitys as i dont get home till 7pm,and its just a short term let. When the renovation is complete i will move back into my old flat.If u have anything suitable pm, me or email rick.net@nospamdublin.ie, take out nospam when emailing. If u pm me i will provide you with any more information you need.As i do maintenance work, for the landlord ,i am gauranteed this flat as soon as renovation is complete.FOR technical reasons it is not possible or practical for anyone to stay in that building while renovation work is being carried out.
