Vaginal Cream For Your Face

A guest on the Oprah talk show recently confessed to fighting facial wrinkles with vaginal cream, namely Premarin (PX by her deratologist) which she used for 20 years with no ill effects or wrinkles.

Premarin is PX for women with vaginal atrophy which is a responce to aging.
It works by "producing a little inflammination, which puffs the skin up temporarily and makes the wrinkles disappear".

Although Premarin contains estrogen and long term use of this hormone has come into question I cannot find any documented evidence of ill effects for facial use, only opinions and debate.
    Any informed comment please?

I've heard of people using Anusol (piles cream) for nearly instant skin tightening. The effect wears off but its pretty cool.

That constricts veins and reduces swelling afaik, so it works in the opposite fashion to vaginal cream. Used around the eyes it is supposed (though not recommended) to temporarily reduce baggyness.

Jaysus - never heard the like before in my life!

Yes, in theory, vaginal cream to treat vaginal atrophy should work, but putting medicines designed for a different part of the body on another is not wise. The doses are different and the absorptions vary. Please, please don't!

    Wrinkles are normal..... :)
