Haynes manual spark plug spacing

    Hi All,

    I'm hoping somone out there knows the correct spark plug spacing (using feeler guages) for the following two cars.Perhaps you have a haynes manual for one of these motors.

    1998 Fiat Brava
    1995 Honda Civic (auto)

    I don't know but I suspect that different engines may have different gaps!

    What type of plugs are you using? Gaps vary with different brands/types. The gaps will vary with the engine type as well.

    I'm using NGK's for sparks,

    If somone has either car could they post the answer please.

    You still haven't said which cars!
    The Fiat Brava came in 1.2L, 1.4L, 1.6, [1.9diesel which don't apply here!]
    The civic came in as many variants.
    Each presumably had different specs!

    Think the Brava is 0.7 mm as for the Civic i think its on a sticker under the bonnet.
