Order forms

How do you create an order form a website? what I want to do is for the person the enter the details of what they want such as quantity, length their address etc. I don't want credit card details to be entered. When they have finished entering their details and they click on Finish or whatever that the details they have just filled out will be e-mailed to me. What sort of code would you need for this?

javascript or java servlets would work.

edit: java probably isn't an option if you have a basic hosting plan though

All you need is a form to mail script which can be written in:
php/perl/asp/asp.net/jsp
There's loads to choose from:

check which of these is supported by your host first.

If it's for an order form then I would presume it's for business use. You could look at freehost.ie I suppose.
