    Does you sms subscriptions get cancelled if you have not enough credit. If you don't top up will they cancel the sms?

    The Service Providers are able to check to see if you have credit before they send a message to you. They don't get paid if the message terminates and you have no credit. I don't know if the service will cancel itsely if you don't top up or if they will attempt to send you multiple messages once you top-up again. If you want to unsub send the word STOP to the shortcode (you may need to follow the word stop with the name of the service).
